Dwight Schwab - Licensed Oregon Principal Broker
Born and raised in Portland, Dwight brings a wealth of knowledge, competence and experience to every transaction. He and his wife of over 30 years live in Lake Oswego and have raised their family of four boys in the community. Dwight’s 35 years in real estate have given him an unparalleled and in-depth knowledge of Portland area properties, schools, communities, culture, the local economy, and what the region offers for entertainment and recreation. Over the years, Cameron has been revitalizing urban communities along the west coast. In his more recent commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley, Cameron sourced and underwrote new investment deals, negotiated new land acquisitions / contracts / new partnerships / joint venture formations, managed forward planning with clients, strategized equity and debt placement, and coordinated land use entitlement and asset disposition.
Cameron currently lives just outside Portland, Oregon in Lake Oswego, and leads the commercial real estate brokerage division for Team Schwab with KW Commercial. Cameron is a licensed and practicing commercial real estate broker in the State of Oregon with Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere.
